A Slow Plextor
 I have a pentium 4 2.53 gig with 512 mb momory. OS is XP pro sevice pack 1. Microstudio 2.517. I have a plextor PW-W4012TA, and directx 9.0. I had 51 processes running but now have 31. Still my read times slow down after 5 min IE... 5 min read is 32mb/min, in 10 min it's 30mb/min in 15 it's 14mb/min in 20 it's 10 mb/min and in 25 it's 2 mb/min.I have no clue on what to do next. Help please. Attached is my Dxdiag I hope it helps.
