Cannot Be Unpacked-get New Copy

I'm trying to download Microstudio 2.303 and i go through every step, follow the instuctions but i get to "double click to install" and a window pops up that says; the contents of his file cannot be unpacked. The exectable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. please obtain another copy of this file ,verify it's integrity,and try again. well , I try again and the same thing happens over and over. It won' let me dwload again. I've tried this straight from AOL and also from internet explorer---both ways get the same result. Can anybody help me?
