What version of Windows are you trying to run this program under? All of our software must have Windows 98 Second Edition, ME, 2000 or XP.

The software will not run under 98 First Edition or Windows 95.

Please make sure that your system is not one of these 2 operating systems, if so this is the reason for the problem.
