MTU EMAIL, Duplicator

Hello people, I'm new to the boards and in need of backing up my CDG collection.

Long story short I'm trying to email MTU-sales, and or tech support to get some insight on their products yet everytime I click on email so and so, it brings up AOL which I do not use. Is their a way to switch this or does someone have the actual email addy instead of just clicking on the link?

While I'm here, would you give me some feedback regarding the stand alone duplicator that MTU sells... Anybody burned any protected disks with it? Any problems?
