ASPI Manager Problems

I am loading microstudio v2.312 and everytime I loaded the program I got the error message:

Unable to initialize the ASPI Manager. ASPI Manager was not found on system.

So I loaded the ASPI Manager from the forum and it did not work.
Then I tried searching it on the internet and used an ASPI Manager from there that was Windows XP compatible. I still get the same error message, please help!
