live sync problem

I'm having a problem with live sync.
I'm using Version 5.35.01 and when I play a particular song I have made with KHP version 5.01 the live sync retards to .25. I have edited the song and there is no offset showing for this song. I have tried setting the offset to .25 and then resetting it to .0 but this does not fix the problem. How can I stop live offset from retarding this song?
