![]() Greetings,
Is anyone but me unable to communicate with MTU by using the MTU Help Ticket registration method? Does it even work? I have been trying to communicate with MTU for the past two days for install help with Hoster software on a computer that has had it's hard drive re-initialized and it has been a brutal process :(. All attempts to request MTU help via ticket registration (over 7 attempts) result in nothing, no "instant email notification" that my ticket was received--not even in my "Spam Box" --nothing but a waste of time. I certainly do not have working hours that afford be the luxury of being home at my computer during the MTU "chat hours" --so frustrating. After agonizing my way thru a "missing XmlLite.dll " I am now attempting to use "https://www.mtu.com/support/mp3-instruct.htm" instructions to fix the problem which appears to indicate my computer is not "MP3 ready". From the looks of things, these instructions "might" be useful if I could locate the files referenced within---esp. the file mentioned in the very first step of the instructions, stating: "At right, Left-click on 'x86-Win32 link in the "libmp.3lame section". (Where, at the right????) Where, on earth, are any of these sections where files reside for download (mentioned in these instructions). Am I missing something? Are these instructions meant to be used? At the rate I am going I could not begin to estimate when I can expect to have a workable machine. Further, I am unable to find anything in the Hoster/MTU knowledge base to address this problem. Last but not least, I would like to know how to resolve the problem that prevents me from successfully logging a MTU help ticket for the MTU support I need to install Hoster software I just recently purchased. v/r, GB |
