Brand Name On Bin Hard Drive Import

I'm stating the first paragraph of this thread to answer the inevitable Why?

When I ran CD+G's years ago I created CD's from my purchased CD+G's that had a variety of different brands on it, mainly because early on I didn't want to have duplicates between brands in my collection (I made very few exceptions to that rule) and I didn't use my purchase CD's to preserve them. When I loaded the songs to Hoster years ago I kept the same practice (DiscID for me does not have a unique Brand Name). I basically made my BookID the same as the DiscID which made it easier to keep track of and I could put 100 songs on one DiscID/BookID. Now I'm in the process of adding all these duplicate songs that I've had for years into Hoster.

When I import a bin file from my hard drive Hoster will not allow me to change the brand name. For example if I'm adding Chartbuster bin records when I try to change the Brand it states DicsID V6006 is already "Music Maestro" and will not allow me to change it.

I have been going into edit after importing and changing the brand name there, that's fairly time consuming so I'm wondering if there is any way I can do this without the extra tedious step.

This may be a new development request, but I'm done getting shot down there.

Thanks for any help
