Larry,
I am very sorry on this, not sure why no one returned your calls. I have not seen any support tickets for your email address at all. The last ticket I have from you was 4 Years 3 weeks 1 day ago You just have the regular Hoster, so you would just need to get the upgrade here as stated by Roy.

This would upgrade 2 computers with the SAME Registration Code installed on them. You have multiple copies of Hoster, not the actual Quad license.
