Microstudio does not install

Under C:\Program Files\Micro Technology, I only have Hoster and Keyrite. I have Windows XP. I downloaded from MTU and tried to install, but the same thing happens. Is this after the program sent your information to MTU?

Ernie do you really think I would recommend another program over Microstudio or that MTU would let me do that? No there are no programs that can replace Microstudio.
