Demo Software said my drive was YES..

Downloaded demo software last night & it said that my TEAC CD-RW was YES for both Karaoke & Audio. So i purchased full 2.4 version and downloaded but am now getting the "Unable to Read audio 1:0:0......"error. I couldn't find my drive in the compatible list on the web site...but why would demo software indicate "YES", and full version also says "YES"...but cannot copy cd+g's? The cd+g's are from 3 different shops, Charbuster, Priddis, Sweet Georgia Brown, none indicate copy protection...tried all 3?
Running XP Pro, P4 2.25Ghz, 1GB RAM, TEAC CD-W540E
