Re: Please reset my reg. code

Yes they do get back to you and its not my first time that I have needed a reset I just dont like to ask everytime it happens. What should happen is when someone installs on there machine you should not need to do this more then once so its the way protection is done there are so many updates and discontinued programs that it should not be a problem. And as far as updates go they just change the rules any time they think of a better way to make money first it was if the version changed by a full number now its 12 months what about if one had xp version and was happy with it and then tried to add onto windows 7 and it dont work do they get a free upgrade or need to pay. Dont you think some of the upgrades like how files are imported should be free to past users and like others have said most of the upgrades are fixes it took a long time to get hoster stable on win 7 and will always need fixes so I'm not sure what is the best way to go I dont mind spendding the money on a good upgrade with some cool new things added. But the protection for the way that I screw up my machine and need to reinstall at least once a year is a pain and should not be that big of a deal to change or use on any machine I care to use it on the program is there's I have no beef about that its what I can do for what I pay for.
Program is working pretty good now after a long time and like using it but just stop the screwing around with what the deal is.
