Billy you should have gotten an automatic confirmation email with your ticket number in it and a link to check on status. If you didn't get this then you have MTU blocked in your email program or your ISP has them blocked. If you got this you can check your status to see if they have reset your reg code.
As far as the version download mess-ups send them a separate email ticket and let them know that the versions are not downloading the correct files.
