Book ID #'s

I'm having a problem trying to replace a defective HD file. I had a bad file which I deleted from my data base. I tried to reimport the file assigning the same book ID number to it so my playbooks would not be affected. Hoster won't let me add the song with the same book id numbere saying it is already in use. I have rebuildt the data base but still get the same results. The original song has XYZ009439 as the inported file name and the song is shown in the song book as 94-39. I have tried using 94 as disc number and 39 as book id #, also tried XYZ0094 as disc id but Hoster shows 94 as book id when i do that and won't let me chance it. I have deleted files in the past and was able to reimport them using the deleted id number, but not this time. Any help would be appreciated. All I want is the have the song listed as 94-39
