Transfer All Song Files To external Drive

Hi

1) I want to remove all song file folders from internal drv. c:\ to external Drv. E:\.

2) How will this effect all my (30) playlist and singers database files?

3) Can I use access to help speedup the tranfer?

Hoster 4.6a Xp pro
