Upgrade Price 3.321 to 4.00?

Just checking the price for upgrade to 4 from 3.321.

When I try to buy 4.00 at the check out screen for $69.99, I enter in my credit card details then go to the next step it keeps adding another version for $39.99, I think it was 3.321a. this makes my upgrade $109.98. I am not complaining, just checking this is right as I have not seen any mention of it in the forums.
