Hoster 3.319 and prior require Netframe 1.0. I don't believe we require 2.0 and 3.0. However, whatever 3.319 requires, 4.000 will also.
You need to keep your Windows updated. It is impossible for us to tell you what Windows Updates you need. We simply can't do it. The safe thing that we tell everyone is to do CUSTOM updates, and accept everything. I had a support problem once, and when our customer downloaded a KOREAN FONT update,
everything worked!
