Windows file missing when rebooted

I have the latest version of KHP and use it to create Karaoke songs and save them as CDG's. I then import them to Hoster as KMA's with sucess.

However, I had a problem in Hoster with the last song I created with KHP and saved as a CDG file and then renamed it with the fields required by Hoster to import it. It did import in Hoster but it closed Hoster on several tries. Finally it was imported without closing Hoster.

I saw an error message something like "a file couldn't be found or was corrupt."

I shut the computer down and later turned it on again but was given a notice that it could't find a Windows file irprops.cpl. I had to reload Windows to replace the file. It is back to normal again.

I haven't installed any other program, or used any other programs that are in the computer prior to that. I can't determine the cause, Just letting you know what happened. If it happens again I will make another report.
