What is it about, "no unzip program for at this time" that your don't understand?

MTU did not write the ZIP and UNZIP programs. So, how is it that MTU would know when and if the "ZIP" people would deal with a, completely and seperate, company's (TOOLZ) programming of a NEW Compression rate?
