More issues... please help

Okay, I'm quickly getting frustrated... I'm now experiencing the following issue with Version 3.110 (I upgraded tonight):

During import of CDG discs, the program locks up and crashes in the same way that was reported in an earlier version (program locks up and disappears, and other windows functions become inoperative). Hoster.exe appears as a process in Windows Task Manager, but choosing the "End Process" option DOES NOTHING. The only way to get working again is to do a hard reboot of the PC. I'm running Windows XP, on a P4 2.8Ghz system with 1GB of RAM. The import drive is a Plextor.

Also, it seems as though the importing process is taking FOREVER compared to previous Hoster versions. Can anyone recommend some changes I can make to speed it up?
