Well partly correct...
Actually it IS MCPS (Mechanical Copyright Protection Society) who are responsible for licensing karaoke products (which is the type of licensed media we are talking about).
I'd be interested to know how your legal case goes. I can't actually see how you could win, because theoretically, you could be prosecuted by the manufacturers of the discs as well as the songwriting bodies etc. We're starting to evade the issue here. Are you likely to reply Admin? Bose |
