Try using this Define filename field-separator order:
DiscID-Ignore and then the rest of the filename fields. Be sure to use the "-" for the separator following DiscID. The Ignore will not recognize the -01, -02, -03 as the track number, but should allow it to be used within the DiscID. Let us know if this works.
