Watch Out For Sound Choice!!!!

I just purchased a sound choice power picks disc because I wanted to get the song "that's what brother's do..."....then found I couldn't import it with hoster or with Microstudio. So I called the company about getting a replacement because it said that it had Mediacloq on it and they are supposed to replace. Well, the lady on the phone let me know that they didn't replace that disc so I am stuck with a disc that won't work with my equipment. I am very frustrated and will probably now stick to using Top Hits Monthly and Chartbuster or Music Maestro. I am very unhappy with this situation. ...does anyone know a way that I can get this worthless disc to work?
