Bobbyd,
Please make sure that you are installing Microstudio 2.605 and not 2.604. This was a bug that was fixed under 2.605. This only occured under Windows 98 Se and Windows ME.

I noticed that on one of your computers you have installed 2.605 and on another you have installed 2.604. Please make sure that you are only installing the 2.605 version. The filename should be mstudio2605setup.exe.
