Attach DXDIAG log file
Our records show Hoster was installed on two different computers. Did you change your network Ethernet card?
On the single computer you are running Hoster on, as you say, run DXDIAG from instructions in this link, zip the .log file and attach it a post you make in this thread. We will review the system and correct our database so you can install the upgrade. However, the license is to install and use Hoster on one computer. You can install it on a second computer for backup purposes only. |
