It won't run in XP

You need to order the upgrade to version 4.103. Version 1.115 that you have will not run under Win 2000 or XP.

I see that you have ordered and installed the new version today at 4:55PM EST. I assume all is running at this time.

Post back here if not. MTUSUPPORT is on vacation until Monday, but I'll try to help, as will other users also.
