Friendly Tool
If after trying the suggestion from MTUsupport you have the same problem you might want to consider trying a friendly program call X-Setup that fixes some of Windows little problems like not closing programs properly or like Program not responding.
It's a freeware and believe it's doing the job! You'll have an option call: "auto end program" so you'll need to activate the plugin & restart. www.x-setup.net regards, Michel
