you can append playlist.
With your main Playlist open, From the File Menu select Append Playlist and select another playlist which will be added to existing playlist. You can add as many playlist as you like to the Appended playlist. It might be advisable to save your original playlist as (Appended Playlist) first so as not to overwrite the original. I see no way deleting songs in bulk.
