Thats unusual to hav artist in separate folders.
comparing your screen shots I see you have Disc Id as the last field which on your previous shot of file names would make a Disc ID of the manufacturer Name not a normal Disc Id. Try changing the Define field order to: Artist - Title - Brand Untick the box for scan files in reverse order. You might also want too try ticking the box for include subfolders if That VOL59 folder has sub folders by Artist. See how you get on with that.
