So you are saying it also crashes when you use the Add feature from singers Disc ?

I was hoping to see in that attachment drive speed setting but the error is covering it, is it showing Max if so try slowing it down although I doubt that is the problem might be worth a try.

I notice in your first post you are running Windows 10, did you recently upgrade to 10 if so has the problem only started since upgrading ? If so I think it has to do with a driver update for your CD drive.

Might be worth visiting your computers own site see if there are any updated drivers or if that fails find the brand of the CD drive and go to that manufacturers site see if they offer any upgrades.
