I am not in disagreement with you......the error was mine ......I was asking a question ....and I apologize for not making myself clear.
I thought it was the refresh rate....when it was actually the bit rate.My bit rate.It was at 32 and should have been at 16.If its at 32 on my Laptop is garbles the graphics.
