Couple things Rickyrey. First since you using an upgrade version, then you don't uninstall and re-install. It is required that a previous version be installed to upgrade.
Also anytime you do uninstall you must do it on-line for the uninstallation is reported to MTU server, so you can re-install. This should only be used when moving Hoster from one computer to another or when you are going to rebuild a computer operating system.
So leave your version 4 on the computer and use the upgrade setting and not remove. If it still will not let you install then you will need to send a support email ticket to get them to reset your account. Be sure to include the last 4 of registration code and computer name you assigned when installed.
