Question Whats the best way to build a data base when you have different file types

I have a folder that contains only KMA files from all of the cd+g cds I imported. I also have a very large folder that has only MP3+G's and I have a 3rd folder that has quite a few MP3 Zipped songs. I want to combine all songs in one database for Hoster to play. So here's the question What would be the best way to bulid a database so that I don't lose any songs because of bookid overlapping? I'm guessing start with the KMA because thier book id is already set from what i understand. So how should I go about importing the rest? what order would you recommend? I don't mind if hoster blocks out the duplicates as long as they are true duplicates and not other songs.
