getting rid of echo left over from removed vocal.

I have recently bought vogone to remove some vocals for a few tracks that a real kareoke version did not exsist. I got rid of maybe 95% of the actual voice but what remained was a fairly loud echo in its place. Has any one ever experienced this and if so did you find a way to remove or at least reduce this artifiact..
thanks
Javadan

Go to the TROUBLESHOOTING section of the Vogone manual and read what it says regarding SOME VOCALS REMAINING and ECHOS.
