Hoster Upgrades

Please contact Dave about this as I will be away for the weekend - Thanks. You guys have been a big help!

well here is what is going on

I am trying to upgrade all my computers the first computer i upgraded is the one that i had at home to try and see if i like the new software - when i tried to upgrade the next one it said i had already upgraded 2 and i haven't yet i did not get a response back from mtu about the problem only that doug cox no longer works there and i had to get this computer back up so i bought the full version and loaded on that computer as i couldn't get the old version to load back on it

i have since bought another upgrade to upgrade two others when i was upgrading my laptop it gave me an error message and would not let me do anything since i have been having problems with that laptop i decided to go ahead and upgrade the computer also but now i can't load hoster on the new one as it said i have already loaded to two computers

i have bought 2 upgrades and 1 full version

i have upgraded only three computers and installed full version to 2 - one of which should have only been an upgrade

question is could you help me in getting this new laptop loaded with the hosteri hope that you understand my situation

You will get faster response if you will go to the Support Center on website and submit a ticket. If you haven't done this before you will have to register again for the support center. This is a separate registration, but the best thing to do is use the same information you used for your orders and the forum.
You will need to give more detail than you have here about each problem and I would suggest you enter a ticket for each one unless it is a registration problem common to both computers on a single license.
