Zip Files Will Not Import

I still cannot get any zip files to import correctly. Firsy when I was importing, Hoster showed they were importing then the status changed to green (imported) however only one of the songs that was imported actually got imported. Lately when I have been trying again, I process all tracks and instead of the status turning to green (imported) it goes blank and no songs are imported.

Can you email me a few of these songs, at support at mtu dot com. I will then test them and see what the problem is.

Zip File Error

can anyone tell me why these 3 ZIP files import and play correctly but the other 5 files import but when you play them the status changes to ERROR?

will play after import:
Tu001-01 - Bloodhound Gang, The - Another Dick With No Balls
Tu001-02 - Sir Mix-A-Lot - Baby Got Back
Tu001-03 - Aerosmith - Big Ten Inch Record

will not play after import:
CHM9706-01 - McGraw, Tim & Faith Hill wvocal - It's Your Love Male Solort
CHM9706-02 - McEntire, Reba wvocal - I'd Rather Be Around WithYou
CHM9706-03 - Diffie, Joe wvocal - This Is Your Brain

I just found out that I cannot play these last 3 songs WITHOUT importing them either. When I go to play them I get BAD ZIP FILE DO NOT USE MAX COMPRESSION.

Zip Files and Compression

The fix for this (until MTU finds out how to use max compression) is to unzip the files then rezip them using WinRAR.
