USB hard drive specs
Can anyone help with this?

I want to puchase a 250 GB USB EXT HD to load all my song files on. Is there a mimimum rpm speed that I should use or recommended to use. (e.g. 5400 rpm or 7200 rpm)

It seems I read something like this somewhere but couldn't find anything like that when searching the forum so not sure if it was on some other forum or what. Just want to be sure before I buy.

Either the 5400 or the 7200 RPM drives will work when you are working with the External Large Drives.
