Unhappy Microstudio 2.5 doesn't recognize burner

I upgraded to Microstudio 2.5 from 2.4 (via internet). Purchased my burner from mtu (PX-W4824A) so it is a certified burner. Upgrade does not recognize my burner. Does anyone know what to do to correct this problem. It worked fine with 2.4 (although had lots of freezes). Thanks

What version of Windows are you running?

Have you rebooted the computer?

Search to make sure that you have the files listed below on the system.

1) Windows 98 or ME: Search for wnaspi9x.dll. This file should be located in the C:\Windows\System Directory. If not then reinstall the program.

2) Windows 2000 or XP: Search for wnaspint.dll. This file should be located in C:\Windows\System32 or the c:\Winnt\System32 directory. If not then reinstall Microstudio again.

If you find that these files are in the correct Locations, then open Microstudio. Click on the Drives menu, ASPI Drivers. Make sure this is set to Use the MTU Installed Drivers.
