Audigy sound card causes lyrics to freeze - change settings fixes this

Hello Bryan,
Problems occure when I try to use a 24 bit sound card with the Microstudio 2.4. I have an AMD XP 2100 system. The page hangs but the music plays on. Will a faster processor do the trick? Otherwise, all is well.

What sound card are you using? Try the information in this post to slow the Hardware accelration: http://forum.mtu.com/showthread.php?threadid=1796

Let me know if this works and also what version of Windows you are running.

Dear Bryan,

I had the same problem when I was playing cdg's & your solution fixed my problem.
I'm using the SB Audigy card.
