/runtime error message

I entered a few new discs into Hoster then went to "tools" and clicked remove silence feature.
All went well up to file 27 of 122 and a screen popped as follows
--------
Runtime error!
program:...ogram files\Micro Technology Unlimited\Hoster\Hoster.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact application support team for more information.

------
Can you help with this?

I see you had the same problem in Oct 2010. How did you resolve the problem then?

Try restarting the remove silence process and see if it stops on the same file. Check error log to see if it mentions the same file! You may have a corrupted file that is stopping the process, and need to pinpoint that file, and delete it, and reload it once more, and see if that allows the process to complete.

Re: /runtime error message

I have had this same problem. Never really found a salution but if you keep restarting the process all songs eventually get done.
