Garbled Title

Using 4.08 and still finding a few songs (mostly Nutec) with garbled titles but lyrics are fine. Songs play fine in Microstudio. What is statue of fix?

I have about 60 Nutech tracks and they all play fine. Have you made all of the suggested changes to your operating system? Are you using Vista or XP? (I use XP) Have you upgraded your video card drivers? What is the resolution setting on your second (TV) monitor?

Nutech SAV-A and Sav-P are the ones that show a garbled title. I don't think it will be fixed any time soon. They (Nutech) used a strange interlace for the title page on those series, but not for the lyrics. Since it isn't a critical item I don't look for MTU to fix it quickly.

Hey Dale,
What is the difference between SAV-A, SAV-P and the Nutech discs that I have which play fine?

Microdtudio doesn't run all of the video formats that Hoster does. This would be one reason for the need of a different player.

SAV's were originally created by Nikkodo and sold at some point to Nutech.

Thanks Sam. I must have their newer discs for all of my Nutech disc run in 4.08 with no problems.

Thanks Again

By different player I mean the programming code is totally different. As Jim said Microstudio doesn't play all the video formats that Hoster does, so it has a player program portion of the code that is different (simpler if that explains it better).

I found a Nutech track where the splash screen at the begining of the song is not readable. It's a song that nobody ever sings and like Billy said, the lyrics run fine so it's no big deal to me.
