Installing 3315 upgrade stalled
I have been trying to install my upgrade to 3315 and every time I go through the setup wizard I cannot get passed the "write registration data to removable media" step. i have an external hard drive attached, i have clicked on the "refresh" button and the "back" button and get no response. any help would be great.

Yes I am connected to the internet on the computer that I am doing the install on.

Read this Support Center Article:
http://www.mtu.com/kb/index.php?acti...fefae7e9621219 For some reason, Hoster is being blocked from registering on-line. Thus, the install program is detecting this and switching to the screen to allow using a Memory Stick (or Floppy Disc) to register on another computer. Try rebooting your computer, disabling your Firewall, or telling it to allow Hoster to communicate to the mtu.com site. |
