Cool hoster reinstall issues after windows recovery

HELP! I recently had to run windows recovery on my hard drive (C). Here is the problem. I still have Hoster and Microstudio on my machine because they were installed on another internal hard drive (F). Hoster and Microstudio won't run without reinstalling them. But Windows is not putting them on the add and remove programs list. My plan is to copy the folder "songs" from F: microstudio to desktop (C) then reformat (F) then reinstall Hoster and retrieve the songs folder from desktop on (C) paste it in microstudio on (F) anr rebuild the songs database and songbook files. I realy want to avoid reimporting over 300 disks. Do you think this will work ? Do you foresee any problems?

what version of hoster are you running ?

if you have a back up of your files, you wont have to re-import

I have about 5,500 KMA files and while I have all of the disks. It would be a lot of trouble to load them again, also I was reading some other posts and I am now wondering if I can upgrade to the newest version without reinstalling 2.215 and still retain the songs file as it is right now.

drag and drop them (your kma's) to another hard drive !!!!

you can even network them to another computer !

you should have done this long ago !

the one thing we talk about the most here is backing up !

Will I be able to get 3.3 for the upgrade price without reinstalling 2.215 first?

Thanks again. The reinstall went well, my KMA's are back where they belong, and I will wait for the next release to upgrade. You were very helpful!

Is this "inport bug" the reason I cannot rip ANY CDG's with Hoster 3.3
Under "Import Tracks" I only have the choice of "Import CD Tracts" or "Import Hard Drive Files" if I click on "Import CD tracts" The system LOCKS UP & I have to go to Task Manager to close it.
I have read the Manual, Read posts, & for over a week I have been trying to get CDGs into a hard drive. At this point I feel like I just flushed $199.00 down the toilet!!!!!

RELAX Well I have RELAXED about as long as I think is necessary without even a reply!!! Support at MTU gets NO response. I see no response on this forum. It is like they have taken my $199.00 & left. Why are they allowed to Market a product that is defective. It is false advertising. I now have a software that is 100% WORTHLESS
