HOSTER GONE did i do somethig wrong
i bought a 3319 update jan 30 then upgraded to 3320.
i then when on mtu site seen there was a 3321 upgrade so i downloaded 3321 . i tried to install 3321 and would not install so i tried to reinstall my 3320 and would not install i then bought the upgrade thinking that was the problem i tried to install the new upgrade but it would not install i hope nothing serious has happened to my 3320 i have a lot of songs saved on hoster which i use for shows can anyone help me thankyou northlander |

Did the computer or the install screen give you any messages? or did it simply do nothing when you clicked it? We need more info!!
In the mean time you should maybe try and restore your computer to a point before trying to install 3.321 [start - programs - accessories - system tools - restore.] |

I did restore my system and 3320 was there and working I then downloaded 3321 to my desktop which i bought and tried to install the new software. In order to install your new software 3321 your version 3320 had to be uninstalled thats where the problem starts when you try to finish new install it will not allow to install so i restored my system and that allowed 3320 to be there i'll have to contact mtu to find out how to fix this. What is it telling you when it won't install? If we know the error message you are getting then we might be able to help you through this. It would help too if you tell us what operating system.

I have pentium 4 2.4 GHz 1.00 GB of RAM wINDOWS xp on the shuttle by mtu what happens when i click on 3321 to install and goes to second screen this is what it says click yes to remove the current version to allow installing new version .Only the program exe comp0nents and folders created when first installed will be removed. kma wav bin or other files imported created etc and your preferences saved while running the program will not be removed If upgrading to a new version run the setup program again to finish installing.when your click yes to install what happens it takes my 3320 out like it should to allow installation, then when you click on 3321 again to install it will not i then tried to install 3320 and 3319 upgrade but that version i bought on jan 30th which was 3319 and 3321 that i purchased march 29th will not install like i said i restored my computor and i got my 3320 back working fine,i don,t know weather i had to buy 3321 or not or if this was a free upgrade. I believe its something minor i phoned mtu and sent them a ticket . thanks douglass you might have some ideas northlander |

If you purchased 3.319 in January then you didn't need to purchase 3.321 as it would have been a free upgrade. Did you purchase 3.321 as an Upgrade or did you do a full purchase again? This will make a difference in the registration code you use.
When you start the 3.321 installation the second time (after the 3.320 removal) what is it telling you when it won't install? Is there an error message window that pops up or something in the installation program that tells you it won't/can't install? There are too many causes for it to fail to install to list without knowing what exactly is going on. Phoning MTU will not help as they do not do telephone support (too few employees) and only use the Support Email for that. And they will be asking the same questions.
