Thumbs down Computer crash ...MTU won't respond to me??????

After a crash, I cant install my program. It says I have it on two computers. I submitted a ticket 10 days ago to MTU with no response. I have left messages, NO RESPONSE. WHATS UP???????? Very Frustrated in Jacksonville, Fl

If you didn't get an email back after submitting the ticket then either your email setup or your ISPs setup is blocking MTU.
If you have the ticket number from the email you sent then you should be able to check the status and see if they have answered you.
If you have left messages on their phones they have not used telephone support or sales for over a year, so you won't get a response that way.
Have you tried re-installing since putting the ticket? It could be already fixed and you not know it if your email is blocked.
MTU has been very busy of late due to problems with a couple of Hoster releases (fixed in 3.321) and trying to get version 4.000 ready to go.

computer crash

I received the email from your post immediately. I receive their mails fine. When sending a web mail you receive no ticket #. It says they will contact you withen 48 hrs. IT'S BEEN 10 DAYS. And yes I did try reinstalling. NO LUCK , Thank you.

You can install now. There was no ticket in the ticket system from you, until today at March 28, 2008, 2:10 pm. This is the first ticket that I have seen from you. I am not sure what happened, but this is the only one under your correct email address.
