Song stopped while deleting another in playlist..
Last night my G/F mentioned she was doing a show
and she went to delete a song that was marked skip. She highlighted that song (the skipped one) and hit the delete button, expecting it to disappear. The karaoke song that was playing at that time stopped. Has anyone noticed this or has this been mentioned before?

Happened to me on a song I THOUGHT I had highlighted to delete but accidently hit the skip button on the current song which stopped it.

I've done that too. She said she was postive that the "skip" song was highlighted and she DID in fact hit the black delete key.
I'll try to duplicate it on the same computer myself. Can a few others try and dupe it as well. Hopefully it was human error.

I set up a list and skipped two songs with songs to be payed in between the two. 1. Play 2. Skip 3. Play 4. Play 5. Skip After Hoster skipped the first "skipped track" and started playing the next track (Track 3.) I deleted both skipped tracks with no problem. I Hope This Helps Jim ![]()

MadJ,
So as you were playing a song on another second monitor(using that second monitor taxes resources on a computer), you highlighted and deleted the two skipped songs while the track 3 was playing, and there was no problems during the playing of track #3. Is that correct?

I delete 20-30 songs everynight during shows most are "ready" status but many are "skip " as well, and have never had a problem. If it can't be repeated it's either an anomaly never to re-occur or the operator got distracted and clicked one button thinking they were clicking something else. Been there, done that!
