![]() I hope somebody can help me. I have just acquired keyrite, but on several cdg files that I have recorded onto the hard disc, I get a bad quality sound reproduction. It doesn't seem to matter that I reproduce it in the original key, or any other. Thanx for any help you can give me!

![]() What processor (Celeron, PentiumIII, Athelon, etc.) are your running, and its speed (500MHz, etc.)?
How much RAM (64MB, 128MB, etc.) is in your computer? What Windows version are you running (98SE, ME, 2000, NT)? Please run the DXDIAG Test and email the results log to MTUSUPPORT. We'll try to see what is up. This appears to be a unique "system" related problem since other clients are not reporting it. This implies it is not a software bug that we need to fix, but rather something that is wrong on your unique installation. We'll try to find out and post the answer back here... after we recieve this requested information. ![]() |

Keyrite noise
I'm not sure how to run the DXDIAG test, but I can tell you that I have a Pentium 4, 1.5ghz, 256mb ram and I only have this problem with files that I import files into Keyrite. They play without any noise at all on the Microstudio play tab, but on the Keyrite, it's as though they were recorded badly, which I think they weren't for the reason that I've just stated. I eagerly await a solution to this problem. Thanx. P.S. I'm running Windows 98 SE.
