My download link is still 3.303, can't upgrade

My download link still links me to hoster3303setup.exe. I'm not able to upgrade to 3.310. I'm very eager to upgrade. Can anyone help?

Thanks,
Patrick

Question Where's the link to 3.310

The Home Page says 3.310 is available, but the only I see to get it right now is to pay. My Account also still shows 3.303.
Admin - how do you wish us to proceed?
Guess we're all anxious!

I have been trying to fix my problem importing the last track, I just bought 3.303 in Mat and have not even used it for my kj yet! MTU Support thinks 3.310 will fix my problem but all I see is the pay upgrade, How do I down load this, I would love to get my new "show" up & running!!!

Kevin, go to your Store Account, login, and click on Account History (left side of screen). Find your order for Hoster 3.303 from May and click on View. Scroll down to bottom and find the Download button. Above the button should say Version 3.310 instead of 3.303. Click on download and save the file to your computer. When you install it be sure to "Upgrade".

Side note - you will get faster responses if you start your own new thread. Especially don't tag your messages to others threads that are not the same exact problem or are not current dates. Just a word to the wise.

Do as Ddouglas stated.

Do you have the 3.310 in your account?
