setting up speakers etc. ????????????

I got my hoster lite working on my computer and I got a karaoke mixer and a really good home theater surround sound speaker system. Can I hook all this together and use it like that?? and if so, what do I need to run from my computer to the mixer etc. any help/advice will be helpful!! Thanks so much!!
