Hoster ver. 3.301 shutdown during import

Afetr a very successful two weekends using hoster during shows and successfully importing during a playing of a song, One thing DID happen this past Sunday night. I was trying to import a "Power Picks" CD as a singer was singing and the hoster actually shut itself down and had to double click the hoster icon to return to normal. Any ideas on what might have caused this to occur.

Use a Dell 6000 laptop 1 GB ram 128 ATI video card, a sony cd/dvd internal for importing (had worked fine before except for a few snowflakes on some Chartbuster disks), and a 100 GB internal HD.

hmmm? Whatya think?

Shoot, I cannot remember now. have you had the exact same problem.

Also, sometimes I get a "CD not inserted and please insert CD" message when trying to import. Would that be because his/her disc is so dirty and it just won't read. But I cleaned it afterwards too and got the same message a couple of times.
